How Garment Remodelling Works
TailorCraft focuses on garment remodelling and upcycling for clothing that still has value but needs a new shape, better fit, or a fresh purpose. We assess the garment first, then discuss what can realistically be achieved from the existing material and structure.
Projects may include dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage-garment fit updates, or fabric-reuse accessory work. If matching thread, trim, or other materials are needed, they are confirmed separately based on availability.

Our process is designed to keep the work clear and practical. After the initial inquiry, we review the garment and materials, agree on the concept, confirm the scope and quote, and only then begin the remodelling work.
A final fit or finish review is completed at collection so small adjustments can be handled carefully when needed. This approach helps preserve the character of sentimental, vintage, and sustainability-minded pieces while making them more wearable.
